Invoke Media invited me to vlog about my experience at SxSW

SxSW was one of the most overwhelming experiences of my life thus far. Hundreds of parties and panels. Mobile scan codes everywhere. Free granola bars everywhere. It was like visiting Candy Mountain! … But not quite.

Among all of the chaos and excitement, I’m pleased to report that I learned a lot and had a lot of great experiences, most of them completely unexpected! For example, I was featured on the @NYTimes SxSW Twitter list, which was displayed on NYTimes.com in a sidebar widget. Invoke Media invited me to vlog about my experience at the conference on their “Invoke + Friends at SxSW 2010” video blogging project. And I unlocked 10 SxSW 2010 Foursquare badges and scored a Foursquare mayor t-shirt for winning a Foursquare court game! All of these honors wrapped up together made for a lively week! Thank you to everyone who was a part of the fun.
