Hi! Welcome to my blog. I’m Erica Swallow, a status quo wrecker, entrepreneur, and REALTOR® in MA, CT, and NH.

My thoughts have been published in Forbes, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal, among other publications, and this blog is where I muse on real estate, literature, and technology. Check out my writing portfolio and speaking work.

A first-generation college student, I was raised in Paragould, Arkansas and believes education is the key to opportunity. I hold degrees from New York University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Simmons University. I am the co-founder and team co-lead of the Turnberg & Swallow Team at Coldwell Banker.
