Twittervision is an animated geographic visualization of tweets created by David Troy, an experimental programmer/designer and entrepreneur. Today, his Twittervision creation is being promoted as one of the Twitter definitions:

You can follow David on Twitter (@davetroy) or even follow his @twittervision page. There’s even a Twittervision Facebook application. With Twittervision you can update your location via Twitter, and track the location of your friends. When they tweet, they appear on the Twittervision application at the location from which they are located (or say they are located) along with their tweet. Pretty exciting right?
